Prior to joining NCR in December 2010, Martin worked in the UK financial sector with a career spanning 25+ years in Retail banking. Martin has occupied a number of senior regional management roles within Barclays, Northern Rock and Santander UK, responsible specifically for Performance managing Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Operational Rigour and Personnel across large networks & individual branches at any one time.
Martin is tasked with creating and supporting NCR’s branch transformation messaging, specifically advising financial institutions on how our solutions can enhance FTE deployment efficiency, risk control, customer satisfaction and experience, and sales, revenue and relationship management growth across their branch networks.
