BAI Speaker Acknowledgement
By accepting this speaking engagement and agreeing to this acknowledgement, it is understood that the Speaker will provide the agreed content for the program specified in the presentation information of the Speaker Kit. It is understood that the Speaker is wholly responsible for the content and presentation material and they do not, and will not, infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright, property right, or any other right of any person.
The Speaker grants BAI the following rights to publish the Speaker presentation material in:
- Written materials (e.g. presentation slides and supporting text, white papers, etc.) that may be published in the event proceedings, distributed in paper, CD, on the internet or any other format to attendees, as well as purchasers that are not event attendees.
- Video and/or audio recording of the presentation that may be published in magnetic tape, CD, on BAI’s website and/or any other format for archive access potential sale to BAI customers or other uses.
- Portions of written and video and/or audio recordings of the presentation that may be included in derivative products including, but not limited to marketing materials, event summaries, research reports and white papers.
BAI agrees to give the Speaker attribution in all media and form that we publish containing the Speaker presentation material.
To ensure adequate time to review the presentation and work with the Speaker on any changes necessary, as well as to reproduce the material to the highest quality possible, the Speaker will submit an original copy in electronic media. Likewise, the Speaker agrees to all deadlines communicated by BAI or risks losing the speaking opportunity. These deadlines are critical and non-negotiable to ensure the success of the program. Your cooperation with our deadlines is greatly appreciated.
