Where do I go to attend the show?

Since this is a virtual event, the only place you need to go is in front of your computer! We will be sending you updates and a "Success Kit" to walk you through all our best practices to ensure that your online experience in our tradeshow is the best it can possibly be.

Be sure to bookmark this site, too! You'll be able to enter from these pages on the day of the event.

What happens if I miss the live online expo? Is there any way to still access the show?

If you should happen to miss the show, you will be able to access the platform and its recorded content on demand. For any registrants unable to attend, we will be sending a follow up email after the show inviting you to view the archived show at your leisure for 90 days after the event. All access information will be sent to you via email and all you will need to do is link to the tradeshow through the email.

You will also be able to go to BAI Payments LIVE and we will post a link for the tradeshow there for your convenience. You will only need to use your same username and password that you used to register initially for the event.

What are the minimum requirements from my computer that I will need to participate?

Access to the internet using high speed access (Cable, DSL, Network) is highly recommended for the overall show and is required for all presentations. Pop-up blockers must also be disabled and cookies and Javascript should be enabled.

On entering the show, a system check is run which will identify computer requirements that need to be addressed to interact with the online show. It is recommended to view the show with the display resolution of 1024 x 768. Click here to see if your computer is compatible.

Will I still be able to participate if my company has a corporate firewall in place?

In most cases firewalls will not pose any problem. You should be able to participate in the entire event even if your company has a firewall in place. There is a port checker in the system check. This will allow you to see any potential issues. To run the system check, click here.
