In the current environment, many banks have experienced staff downsizing, as well as reduced budgets for travel and professional development, which limits their ability to participate in industry conferences. In response, we have decided to re-engineer this year's Profitability & Performance Measurement Conference, which was originally scheduled to be held in Nashville in April, 2009. As a part of this re-engineering effort, AMIfs will develop and deliver a more focused conference, shorter in duration, to be held in Atlanta on September 10-11, 2009.
