  1. Where is this year’s BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo being held?  This year’s event will be held at the Orange County Convention Center - West Concourse. The address is:

  2. How do I register?
    You can call us at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464, complete the registration form online, or print the registration form and fax it to us 1-800-375- 5543. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business day via first class mail..

  3. Can I make a change to my registration?
    Yes. Changes to your registration may be done by calling BAI Customer Service at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464.

  4. Can I add a pre-conference workshop to my registration?
    Yes. If you would like to get information about our pre-conference workshops, or add/change a workshop, please call BAI Customer Service at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464 or visit our website.

  5. What do I do if I need to cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel for any reason, please e-mail your cancellation to BAI Customer Service as soon as possible at Go2Retail@bai.org. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days prior to the start of the program. If you cancel within 1-30 days of the program start date, your payment amount can be used as a credit towards another BAI program (must be used within one year) or can be refunded to you less a $200 processing fee. Cancellations made after the program begins are non-refundable. Please refer to your hotel confirmation acknowledgement for instructions on cancelling your hotel accommodations.

  6. How do I register a team (3 or more)?
    If you are registering a team of 3 or more you may be eligible for additional savings. You must register your team of 3 or more at the same time to qualify for the team discount. This means submitting 3 or more registrations at the same time on the same day.Your registrations can be submitting via our online registration process, by fax (just print the PDF form from our wehsite or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464. Our fax number is 1-800-375-5543. Should you call to register your team, to expedite your registration, please have a confirmed list of your entire team when you call.

  7. I don’t live in the United States, how do I register?
    Our international customers can call BAI Customer Service at 1-312-683-2464. Our office hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT. You can also fax in your completed international registration form to 1-312-683-2373 or register online. Once your registration is processed you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business day via first class mail.

  8. What price do I use (Member/Non-Member)? How do I know if my company is a member or not?
    Feel free to contact any member of the BAI Customer Service team at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464. They will be able to let you know your organization’s membership status, update your profile if needed and register your and your entire team at the same time. If you register via our website your organization must be a BAI member to take advantage of BAI Member pricing. If you select the member price and your organization does not have membership status, you will be registered at the non-member price and invoiced accordingly

  9. What is the registration cut-off date? What do I do if I miss it?
    Registrations are currently being received and will be accepted up to November 10. However, don’t wait, registering early will ensure that all of your conference information will be ready upon your arrival in Orlando. If you need to register after November 10, contact any member of the BAI Customer Service team at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464 and they will assist you with other registration options.

  10. Where do I need to go to check-in onsite?
    The onsite registration desk will be located in the Orange County Convention Center — West Concourse, Level 1. Please follow signs to the BAI Registration Center.

    We encourage registrants to check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the program to avoid missing the start of sessions.

  12. How do I update my contact information?
    You can update your contact information by contacting BAI any member of the BAI Customer Service team at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464; or fax your correct information to us at 1-800-375-5543; or e-mail us the corrections at Go2Retail@bai.org.

  13. I'm trying to register online, but I don't have a promotional code, help!
    If you need assistance locating a promotional code on a BAI Retail Delivery communication, feel free to contact any member of the BAI Customer Service team at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464. Please note that not all communications have promotional codes.

  14. How do I book my hotel and obtain a copy of my hotel confirmation?
    You can book your hotel accommodation via our website or by calling the BAI-Experient housing Bureau at 1-866-229-3691 or 1-301-694-5243. Once you've booked your hotel accommodations, you will receive via email your hotel confirmation to you within 24 hours of your reservation. Should you have questions related to your hotel reservations or need to make changes prior to October 24th, feel free to contact the BAI-Experient Housing Bureau 1-866-229-3691 or 1-301-694-5243 or email at BAI2008@experient-inc.com. After October 24th, you will have to contact the hotel directly to make changes - please refer to your hotel confirmation acknowledgement for your hotel's contact information.

  15. Please note: DO NOT contact your assigned hotel prior to Oct. 24, 2008 as the BAI-Experient Housing Bureau will manage all reservations and will not release final bookings to the convention hotels until Oct. 24, 2008.

  16. Is there a place I can check in my bags/personal items?
    For your safety, your bags and personal items should be left in your hotel room or with the bell captain at your hotel. There will also be a Coat and Baggage Check available for a fee on Thursday, November 20 from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

  17. Do you have more information on Orlando tourism?

  18. Do you have a lost and found department?
    In most situations, lost items are returned to the BAI Registration Center located on Level 1 at the Orange County Convention Center - West Concourse.

  22. Can I be billed later for my registration? What form of payment do you accept?
    Yes, you can be billed. However, payment is due by noon on November 10, 2008. BAI accepts all major credit cards and company checks. If payment is not received by the due date, your onsite registration check-in can be delayed. If you need to use wire transfer for payment please contact BAI Customer Service at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464 for account and processing information.

  23. Are the conference facilities wheelchair accessible?
    BAI recognizes the need to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Please contact BAI Customer Service at 888-284-4076 or 312-683-2464 or go2retail@bai.org so that we may accommodate any special needs you may have.

  24. How far is the conference location from the airport?
    The Orange County Convention Center is approximately 15 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

  25. Will BAI provide shuttle service to and from the Orange County Convention Center - West Concourse?
    BAI will provide shuttle service to and from the Orange County Convention Center and the official hotels, except. The Peabody, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza which are all within walking distance.

  26. When and where is BAI Retail Delivery 2009?
    Next year’s BAI Retail Delivery Conference & Expo is scheduled to be held in Boston at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, November 4-6, 2009. Pre-conference workshops are scheduled for November 3-4.
