BAI will provide shuttle service to and from the Orange County Convention Center and the official hotels, except The Peabody, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza, which are all within walking distance.

Parking

For attendees who plan on driving to the Orange County Convention Center, there is a designated parking area for the West Concourse building. The OCCC Parking Map provides an overview of the location of the various parking areas. Event-specific parking areas will be listed on overhead electronic (Dynamic Message System) signage on International Drive and the surrounding area. I-RIDE Trolley Service

Operating daily from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m., the I-RIDE Trolley is the exclusive, convenient and affordable transportation to hundreds of exciting destinations within the International Drive Resort Area.

The Main Line Trolley route services the International Drive both north and south bound. Main Line trolleys arrive approximately every 20 minutes. The Green Line Trolley route is the counterpart to the Main Line Trolley route beginning service in the Major Boulevard business district, traveling along Universal Boulevard and then shadowing the Main Line Trolley Route on South International Drive. Green Line trolleys arrive approximately every 30 minutes.

Airports

Orlando International Airport

The Orange County Convention Center is approximately 15 miles from the Orlando International Airport.

Driving directions are as follows:

1. Go west on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)
   
   
2. Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center
   
   
3. The West Building parking lot can be accessed by turning left at Convention Way (south entrance), Exhibit Way (north entrance) or following Westwood Boulevard/West Entrance Drive (west entrance).
   
   
4. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

Ground Transportation

Shuttle vans are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane parking spaces A9-A10, A36-A37, B9-B10, and B40-B41. Shuttle van fares are charged per person. Check with the attendant for round-trip fares and children's rates.
