Please be wary of these travel companies or wholesale companies that are reaching out to you for your business. We want to make you aware of a few important points to keep in mind for your BAI Retail Delivery 2010 planning:

  • Travel Planners is the official housing company for BAI and BAI Retail Delivery 2010. No other company has been authorized to book hotel accommodations on behalf of BAI.
  • Many of these companies do not have official contracts with the hotels. Some of these companies are not legitimate and there is no way to know the difference. Using one of these companies could lead you to lose your reservation and your money.
  • Legitimate wholesalers cannot knowingly book BAI Retail Delivery attendees or exhibitors in the room block. Only Travel Planners can book BAI Retail Delivery attendees and exhibitors in the room block.
