1. Where is BAI Retail Delivery 2013 being held? This year’s event will be held at Colorado Convention Center in Denver, CO
2. How do I register?
You can call us at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464 or complete the registration form online. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business days.
3. What is the difference between an All-Access Pass and a Summit Package?
When you register for BAI Retail Delivery, your best value is our All-Access Pass that gives you unlimited access to the entire event – that means access to sessions crossing all four summits. But if there’s only one focus area that really piques your interest, you can simply register for that specific Summit Package. A Summit Package includes all sessions within the chosen summit plus online access to summit presentation decks after the event. It also includes access to all general sessions, the expo, and new Global Game Changers Fast Track sessions.
4. Can I make a change to my registration?
Yes. To make changes to your registration, call BAI Customer Care at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464. You can also email registration changes to Go2Retail@bai.org.
5. Can I add a pre-conference workshop to my registration?

6. What do I do if I need to cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please e-mail your cancellation to BAI Customer Care as soon as possible at Go2Retail@bai.org. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days prior to the start of the program. If you cancel within 1-30 days of the program start date, your payment amount can be used as a credit towards another BAI program (must be used within one year) or can be refunded to you less a $200 processing fee. Cancellations made after the program begins are non-refundable. Please refer to your hotel confirmation acknowledgement for instructions on cancelling your hotel accommodations.
7. How do I register a team (3 or more)?
Teams of 3 or more may be eligible for additional savings. You must register your team of 3 or more at the same time to qualify for the team discount. This means submitting 3 or more registrations at the same time on the same day. Your registrations can be submitted via our online registration processor by calling Customer Care at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464. To expedite your registration when calling to register your team, please have a confirmed list of your entire team.
8. I don’t live in the United States, how do I register?
Our international customers can call BAI Customer Care at 1-312-683-2464. Our office hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT. You can also register online. Once your registration is processed you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business days.
9. What is the registration cut-off date? What do I do if I miss it?
Registrations are currently being received and will be accepted through November 1, 2013. However, registering early will ensure that your conference information will be ready upon your arrival in Denver, CO. If you need to register after November 1, contact any member of the BAI Customer Care team at 1-888-284-4076 or 1-312-683-2464 and they will assist you with other registration options.
10. How do I update my contact information?

11. I'm trying to register online, but I don't have a promotional code, help!
