To tackle these issues head on, BAI is creating an executive forum that will foster industry dialogue around this crucial group of customers.
We are pleased to introduce the BAI Executive Roundtable: Small Business Demand for Banking Services, sponsored by Argo and Deloitte. In this new interactive forum, we’ll explore top trends around small business banking, as well as key aspects of servicing small business customers, including services and lending opportunities.
We’ll also share findings from the recent BAI Research study on small businesses, Small Business Demand For Banking Services: Growth and Profitability Considerations. This research includes insights on payments preferences, views on loan and mobile banking offerings as well as deposit, loan and investment shares of wallet, product usage and the disconnect between banks and the businesses they serve. Through peer discussion and exchange, we’ll talk about the need for innovation for the small business segment and will share an innovation framework to take back with you to your office, as well as case studies and success stories from banks that have implemented game-changing strategies with small business customer relationships.

Participation in the BAI Executive Roundtable is by invite only and will be limited to 12-15 senior banking professionals with a management level of Senior Vice President and above, from organizations with an asset size of $10 billion and above.
