Content Alliance

ECCHO (Electronic Check Clearing House Organization) is a not-for-profit, national clearinghouse owned by its member institutions. As a cooperative venture which encourages the implementation of electronic check presentment (ECP), ECCHO provides image exchange rules, education, and lobbyism for the industry—most recently leading the Check 21 effort through Congress. 

In 1995, ECCHO initiated a national conference on ECP, and after two successful years, sought the knowledge and expertise of BAI to jointly produce the triumphant CheckImage Conference.  With so much crucial content relevant to the entire payments industry, ECCHO and BAI opted to fold the CheckImage Conference into BAI TransPay^SM Conference & Expo in 2007.  

Today, ECCHO continues its alliance with BAI—influencing the direction, content and speakers for BAI TransPay—while both organizations look forward to ten more ground-breaking years as partners.
