    Debbie leads the team in providing financial services leaders with the powerful tools, meaningful connections, and relevant content that power smart business decisions. Debbie has been in financial services for more than 35 years, and has held senior positions with several major financial services companies. With more than 25 years at BAI, Debbie is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has authored numerous books and articles on financial services topics.

    Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer
    Ann joined BAI in 1995 and became Executive Vice President 10 years later. Her responsibilities cover BAI's Human Resources, Customer Support Services, and Facilities Management departments. Prior to joining BAI, Ann worked for MasterCard International.

    Managing Director, Research & Business Intelligence
    Terri leads the BAI Research line of business which is focused on giving financial services leaders the actionable insights and decision-making tools  they need to make smart business decisions.  She joined BAI in 2016, bringing with her more than 25 years of financial services experience in a diverse range of functions.  Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President & Managing Director of Wealth Management for PNC Bank.

    Karl Dahlgren

    Managing Director, Learning & Development
    Karl joined BAI in 2014 with more than 20 years of experience in the banking, payments, and software industries. Karl leads the BAI Learning & Development line of business and is focused on giving financial services leaders the powerful tools they need to confidently manage their compliance training. His background includes leadership roles with ABN AMRO North America, and a technology start-up serving the financial payments industry.

    Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
    Tom joined the BAI team in 2006, after serving as the CFO for several B2C and B2B service companies, including Compass Environmental, The Millard Group and a division of Sears. Today, Tom is a collaborative partner in helping navigate BAI’s future from a business strategy perspective.  Tom oversees BAI’s financials — from business planning and risk management, to strategic investments.

    Holly leads strategic marketing planning and execution for BAI. She joined BAI in 2014, bringing with her more than 20 years of marketing experience across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President & Marketing Director for Fifth Third Bank.

    Mark joined BAI in 2014 and leads BAI sales, business development, and relationship management. Prior to joining BAI, he held a number of strategic leadership positions, including serving as Managing Director and National Sales Manager for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB).

    Carol leads the development and execution of BAI's technology strategy, plans, processes, and policies, with the primary goal of efficiently meeting our customers' needs. She joined BAI in 2015 and previously served in diverse roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Vapor 4 Life, and CTO & Executive Vice President of E-Commerce for Stuller, Inc. Carol also held positions at Motorola over the course of 15 years - including CIO of their global telecom business.
