BAI Executive Roundtable: Channel Strategy

Financial services leaders need actionable insights and meaningful connections to make smart business decisions and drive positive change within their organization. To facilitate this, BAI has created its executive roundtable series. The goal: to foster an environment of safe sharing and open peer dialogue that moves the financial services industry forward while helping businesses and communities thrive.

The BAI Executive Roundtable: Channel Strategy represents the only peer networking group of its kind, focusing exclusively on senior distribution executives in retail financial services.

New this year: This interactive forum will be co-sited with the BAI Executive Roundtable: Contact Centers. The contact center plays a critical and growing role in sales, service and customer experience – one that bridges the gap between the physical and digital networks. This unique opportunity will foster a better understanding of the contact center’s role within the overall distribution network, as well as interaction with a broader group of senior decision makers. As part of the agenda, joint sessions with these two executive groups will provide more in-depth perspectives and context for industry challenges and opportunities.

Distribution line-of-business leaders need to ensure the customer remains at the heart of digital and physical delivery while fine-tuning the balance between the two. Questions around de novo branches, closures, redesign and branch experiences are all top of mind. Executives also need to think about the impact of digitization – and how to engage when and where customers want. Is there a beacon of omnichannel success out there – and if not in financial services, where? How are staffing models and cost optimization strategies evolving with emerging technologies? How should channel leaders think about FinTech partnerships?

Join us to discuss these pressing questions, exchange best practices with peers and so much more!
