Our employees are working remotely with secure access and have the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs. We are communicating with our customers regularly to ensure their needs are being met. In addition, we have postponed in-person meetings, events and seminars, offering a variety of virtual alternatives.
BAI has a business continuity team in place to ensure our operations are sound and we have the proper technology, policies, procedures and communication channels in place to continue to provide the products, services and information our customers and the industry rely on.
As a trusted resource for industry research, training and thought leadership, we have created a number of tools to help leaders better understand the current COVID-19-related issues and make sound business decisions.
