The role of risk management in HR has never been more paramount as banks prioritize managing and minimizing conduct, culture and people risks. As such, BAI has created the BAI HR Risk Executive Roundtable, a peer networking group exclusively for executives at the Senior Vice President-level or above, from financial services organizations with asset sizes of at least $10 billion.
The BAI HR Risk Executive Roundtable is year-round program, including virtual and in-person meetings that are co-chaired by HR risk leaders from financial services organizations in the industry.
