Together, they will identify potential Award nominees, review applications and finally, select the category finalists and winners. With more than 20 years at BAI, Debbie is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has authored numerous books and articles on financial services topics.

Amy Radin’s innovation expertise has developed from two vantage ponts: as a c-suite operator at brands including AXA, Citi, E*TRADE and American Express, and more recently as a startup mentor and investor, and consultant to business builders in both early stage and established enterprises.

Amy led the digital transformation of the Citi Cards franchise, then a $5BB P&L serving 100 million customers. She also served as Citi’s first Chief Innovation Officer, a role in which she piloted contactless payments in the NYC subway system and implemented the first pilot of peer-to-peer cash exchange via mobile devices, and launched a mobile-centered platform to serve clients across seven markets in Asia.

Currently, Amy works with executives to create or transform brands, defining pragmatic innovation strategies that leverage new technologies, data, and are driven by a customer-centric mindset. She is currently authoring a book on “real growth” targeting publication in 2017, and publishes on Huffington Post and other leading digital sites. She is a graduate of The Wharton School and Wesleyan University. A Brooklyn native, Amy currently resides in New Jersey with her family.

Alex is a recognized innovator and thought leader within the banking and financial services industry having delivered keynotes and participated on panels and many of the industry’s leading conferences and events around the world.

He is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Payments System, a joint venture of the six leading banks in Poland creating an innovative mobile payments system.

Ricardo is also the CEO of Goodie (www.goodie.pl), a start-up within Bank Millennium Group, focused on developing a business platform for individuals and merchants (discounts, shopping, restaurants, etc.) using innovative technologies such as Azure cloud-based solutions from Microsoft, artificial intelligence, chat-bots, beacons geo-locations and digital imagery recognition.

Listed on the Women in Fintech, Conny Dorrestijn has worked for over 25 years in marketing and business innovation in the international financial technology industry. Conny is one of the selection panel members of the FinTech50 and the Fintech Summit for TechTour 2016 . She is a non-executive advisory board member to AdviceRobo, Roundcube, Holland FinTech and an informal adviser to Synerscope and QiY. In 2015 she partnered with Roger Peverelli and Reggy de Feniks in the launch of the Digital Insurance Agenda, Barcelona (www.diabarcelona.com), which attracted over 450 insurers at its inaugural event in April 2016. She is also a regular speaker at Money2020 Europe and the American banking association BAI.

As Financial Services Associate Partner at the European Centre for the Experience and Transformation Economies she contributed to the recently published book 'Economy of Experiences': 'a boardroom agenda for survival and change'. As the Head of Group Marketing and Customer Experience at Emirates NBD, Vikram Krishna has the mandate to further grow the bank’s dominant market position.

Drawing on his two decades of banking experience with global leaders such as Citi and HSBC, Krishna has played a crucial role in successfully launching the Emirates NBD brand post the merger of Emirates Bank and National Bank of Dubai in 2007.

Krishna drove the bank’s Retail Assets division to greater heights when he joined the bank in 2007 to head the division, and later handpicked to lead the marketing and customer experience function three years later.

Having successfully created a leading brand in the wider Middle East region, Krishna has won several industry accolades along the way, including but not limited to, “The Marketer of the Year” at the prestigious Effie MENA Awards 2013, and “The Marketing Department of the Year” at Stevies® in 2011.

Krishna was also listed in Communicate magazine’s Top 50 Power List for 2011 and 2012, further establishing his position as a thought leader in the UAE’s marketing and customer experience industry.

Paul has 20 years of organizational design and development experience, holds a MBA (Innovation Management) from Henely Business School, and Honours in Organizational Psychology.

Sandeep is the Head of Retail Banking at VP Bank. VP Bank has ambitious plans to be one of the top 3 retail banks in Vietnam through rapid growth and transformation. Sandeep joined VP Bank in May 2015. Prior to his current role, Sandeep has lived and worked in many other countries in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the US.

His prior roles include consumer banking, wealth management and transformation roles at various international financial institutions starting with Citibank, Standard Bank, Barclays and AIA Group. He was also the Head of Retail at Shinsei Bank in Japan. Shinsei Bank was one of the earliest, digitally enabled banks in Japan and was launched in 2001 and has consistently been rated in the top 3 banks in Japan for customer service.

Sandeep is a keen observer and commentator on financial services and believes that financial services must work harder to improve the customer experience and the service and contribution to the customer and the community. He believes that digital is a huge enabler for building simpler, better and faster products & services and the use of tools like HCD [Human Centered Design] to achieve this. Adrian Li is Executive Director & Deputy Chief Executive of The Bank of East Asia (BEA) and is responsible for the group’s business in its home market of Hong Kong. BEA is Hong Kong’s largest independent local bank, and operates one of the most extensive networks among foreign banks in mainland China, where it has had an operational presence since 1920.

Mr. Li joined BEA in 2000 as head of corporate banking. He was promoted to deputy chief executive in 2009, and was appointed executive director in 2014. During his tenure, he has driven an evolution of the bank’s business model, prioritizing the use of technology to improve service, convenience and efficiency and thereby enhance the customer experience. He is pursuing a fundamental overhaul of the role of the branch, and has led the internal development of key innovations, including the bank’s award-winning i-Teller and digital branch. He believes that innovation enables us to turn the challenges of today into the opportunities of tomorrow.

Mr. Li holds a Master of Management degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in the US, and Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Law from the University of Cambridge in Britain. He is a member of The Law Society of England and Wales, and The Law Society of Hong Kong.

Originally a commercial pilot, Steve has held senior corporate and banking roles in product, marketing, operations, innovation and general management. He has worked for leading corporations and financial institutions including Dell, Compaq, Citigroup, OCBC, Shinsei, DBS Bank and AIA. Throughout his career, Steve has specialized in introducing new business models, businesses and products in all major markets in Asia and has filed 6 patents in FinTech.

Steve was on the startup team for Dell Computer, introducing Dell’s consumer business to Asia. Later he developed and executed the branded manufacturing and retail model catapulting Compaq to number one in the Indian consumer market. In banking Steve developed and patented the first mobile payments platform for Citigroup, developed a Consumer Finance Division for OCBC and lead the retail bank turnaround of Shinsei Bank in Japan growing revenues USD$500M, deposits 25% and improving net income by USD$100M during a 9 month transformation. As Chief Innovation Officer for DBS Bank, Steve drove the innovation agenda focused on Intelligence, Big Data and Social culminating in the $220+M investment of DBS in IBM Watson, DBS A*Star R&D Lab and Digital Banking.

At AIA Steve and the Edge team built Asia and Oceania's leading corporate Accelerator, became the first Insurance company to join R3 blockchain consortium, pioneered Digital Health in Asia and initiated the company's journey into Artificial Intelligence. Steve created Gen.Life, a Silicon Valley based startup in which AIA became the lead investor, to create an R&D capability for Insurers around the world in Artifical Intelligence and Blockchain. He remains an Advisor to AIA for Innovation.

Steve is a frequent presenter, author and lecturer around the world on subjects including innovation, banking, insurance, working capital, M&A, artificial intelligence and investing. He currently serves on the advisory boards of Intel and Veritas Genetics. Steve holds an EMBA with ‘first in class academic standing’ from the Helsinki School of Economics and has attended senior leadership courses at IMD and Wharton.
