1. Where are BAI Seminars 2019 being held? 
All 2019 BAI Seminars will be held in Chicago, IL

2. How do I register?
You can call us at 800-224-9889 or 312-683-2464. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business days.

3. Can I make a change to my registration?
Yes. To make changes to your registration, contact BAI Customer Support Services at 800-224-9889 or 312-683-2464. You may also email registration changes to info@bai.org.

4. Any advice on how to justify my registration with my employer?
Of course. We put together a justification letter template for those who want to pitch their attendance to their supervisor.

5. What do I do if I need to cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please email your cancellation to BAI Customer Support Services as soon as possible at info@bai.org. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days prior to the event. If you cancel within 14-30 days of the event start date, your payment amount can be used as a credit towards another BAI program (must be used within 12 months from registration date) or can be refunded to you less a $400 processing fee. If you cancel within 14 days prior to the event start date, your registration fee is nonrefundable. Substitutions can be made prior to the start of the program without penalty. Rates subject to change. Please refer to your hotel confirmation acknowledgement for instructions on cancelling your hotel accommodations.

7. What is the registration cut-off date? What do I do if I miss it?
Registrations are accepted until the start of a seminar. However, registering early will ensure that your conference information will be ready upon your arrival in Chicago.

8. How do I update my contact information?

9. I'm trying to register online, but I don't have a promotional code, help!

10. Is attendance mandatory for the completion of the program?
The BAI Credit Analysis Workshop is an optional program for participants to attend if they have under 2 years of credit/ lending experience or feel that they need a stronger understanding of cash flow or balance sheet fundamentals before proceeding with the BAI Loan Review Certificate Program. BAI Loan Review, Course I can be bypassed by taking the BAI Proficiency Test. For information regarding the test, please contact BAI Customer Support Services at 800-224-9889 or 312-683-2464 or info@bai.org. To complete the BAI Loan Review Certificate Program, attendance of Loan Review Course II is mandatory.
