1. How do I register?
You can call us at 800-224-9889 or 312-683-2464. Once your registration is processed, you will receive an invoice within 5-7 business days.

2. Can I make a change to my registration?
Yes. To make changes to your registration, contact BAI Customer Support Services at 800-224-9889 or 312-683-2464. You may also email registration changes to info@bai.org.

3. Any advice on how to justify my registration with my employer?
Of course. We put together a justification letter template for those who want to pitch their attendance to their supervisor.

4. What do I do if I need to cancel? What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please email your cancellation request to BAI Customer Support Services as soon as possible to info@bai.org. You will receive a full refund if your cancellation request is made more than 30 days prior to the program. If you cancel within 14-30 days prior to the program you will receive a refund less a $400 processing fee. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the program, your registration fee is nonrefundable. Substitutions can be made prior to the start of the program without penalty. Rates subject to change. Please refer to your hotel confirmation acknowledgement for instructions on cancelling your hotel accommodations.

6. What is the registration cut-off date? What do I do if I miss it?
Registrations are accepted until the start of a seminar. However, registering early will ensure that your seminar materials will be ready upon your arrival.

8. I'm trying to register online, but I don't have a promotional code, help!

9. Is attendance mandatory for the completion of the program?
The BAI Credit Analysis Skills Workshop is an optional program for participants who have under 2 years of credit/lending experience or feel that they need a stronger understanding of cash flow or balance sheet fundamentals before proceeding with the BAI Loan Review Certificate Program. The BAI Loan Review Certificate Program - Course I can be bypassed by taking the Proficiency Test. To successfully complete the BAI Loan Review Certificate Program, attendance of BAI Loan Review Certificate Program - Course II along with passing the Final Exam is mandatory. The Final Exam consists of six case studies and on average, will take approximately 8-10 hours to complete each individual case. Note that the courses may be taken without participation in the certificate program.
