President & Chief Executive Officer
Debbie leads the team in providing financial services leaders with the powerful tools, meaningful connections, and relevant content that power smart business decisions. Debbie has been in financial services for more than 35 years, and has held senior positions with several major financial services companies. With more than 25 years at BAI, Debbie is a frequent speaker at industry events, and has authored numerous books and articles on financial services topics.
Chief Administrative Officer
Ann joined BAI in 1995 and became Chief Administrative Officer 10 years later. Her responsibilities cover BAI’s Human Resources, Customer Support Services, and Facilities Management departments. Prior to joining BAI, Ann worked for MasterCard International.
Managing Director & Interim Chief Information Officer
Ed joined BAI in 2018 and leads BAI’s Learning & Development line of business. He previously held CEO and other leadership roles at technology companies including Specifi, ShopperTrack, ACEOS and Microsoft.
Chief Marketing Officer
Holly leads strategic marketing planning and execution for BAI. She joined BAI in 2014, bringing with her more than 20 years of marketing experience across diverse industries. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President & Marketing Director for Fifth Third Bank.
Managing Director, Research
Isio joined BAI in 2020 as the Head of Client Engagement for BAI Research, with more than 30 years of experience in financial services. In 2023, he became Managing Director for BAI’s Research business. Before joining BAI, Isio held leadership roles in financial services at Equifax, Citi, Capital One and a startup Fintech provider.
Chief Financial Officer
Julie joined BAI in 2018 and is responsible for all aspects of Finance and Accounting including business planning and risk management. Prior to joining BAI, she was CFO at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and the Illinois division of the American Cancer Society and was an audit manager with Arthur Andersen.
Managing Director, Enterprise Strategy
Karl joined BAI in 2014 with more than 20 years of experience in the banking, payments and software industries. He leads enterprise strategy for the organization and previously ran BAI Research and BAI Learning & Development. His background includes leadership roles with ABN AMRO North America and a payments technology start-up.
